The program part of the meeting is especially aimed to appeal to our members with children or grandchildren, whom we hope you will bring to this special presentation by noted children's book author and illustrator, Patrick O'Brien, of Baltimore. His illustrations have appeared in "National Geographic," "Newsweek," and at the Smithsonian to name a few. He is also an accomplished painter with artworks available in a number of galleries. He will be available to sign books at the end of his presentation. His books will be for sale at the meeting or you can purchase them in advance from the Compleat Bookseller in Chestertown. His most recent book is a children's version of Mutiny on the Bounty.
