Find KCPL at Chestertown's Spring Block Party! We'll be giving away free books for college students (while supplies last), helping people sign up for library cards, and providing information about everything the library has to offer.
Chestertown's annual Spring Block Party is a celebration of spring weather with live music, food trucks, games, and more. Many of Chestertown's High Street shops will be open late for the festivities.
